In breve: il bilanciatore funziona interamente nel tuo browser. Il gruppo, gli incontri, le tabelle di viaggio e la contabilità dell'esperienza non vengono mai inviati a nessun server: restano sul tuo dispositivo. Non usiamo cookie, non ti profiliamo, non abbiamo un account da farti creare e non c'è niente che possiamo restituirti o cancellare su richiesta, perché non abbiamo niente di tuo.

Quello che resta nel tuo browser

L'applicazione salva due voci nella memoria locale del browser (localStorage). Non sono cookie e non vengono mai trasmesse.

Puoi cancellare tutto in qualunque momento: dall'applicazione con Salva e carica → Cancella tutto, oppure svuotando i dati del sito dalle impostazioni del browser. Nessuna delle due cose richiede di avvisarci, perché non ne sappiamo niente.

Se esporti un file JSON o un link, quel file e quel link li produce il tuo browser e finiscono dove li mandi tu. Nel caso del link, il documento viaggia nella parte dell'indirizzo dopo il #, che i browser non trasmettono mai al server: nemmeno noi lo vediamo.

Quello che arriva a noi: il contatore delle visite

In fondo alla pagina c'è un contatore pubblico di visite. Quando apri l'applicazione, il tuo browser invia al nostro server una richiesta che dice soltanto «una visita in più». Il server conserva esclusivamente dei totali mensili — per esempio 2026-09: 412 — e il totale complessivo.

Non vengono conservati indirizzi IP, identificatori, cookie, riferimenti al dispositivo o alla provenienza, e non c'è nessun modo, nemmeno per noi, di risalire da quei numeri a una persona o di sapere quante pagine ha visto. Il de-duplicato «una volta al giorno» avviene nel tuo browser, con la data descritta sopra, e non viene mai inviato.

Chi ospita il sito

Il sito e il contatore girano sull'infrastruttura di Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., Stati Uniti), che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. Come qualunque fornitore di hosting, Cloudflare tratta in modo transitorio i dati tecnici necessari a consegnare le pagine e a proteggere il servizio da abusi, fra cui l'indirizzo IP della richiesta. I caratteri tipografici

Le pagine caricano due famiglie di caratteri (Cinzel ed EB Garamond) dal servizio Google Fonts. Per consegnarli, il browser contatta i server di Google (fonts.googleapis.com e fonts.gstatic.com), che in quel momento ricevono l'indirizzo IP della richiesta e le informazioni tecniche del browser. È l'unico collegamento a terze parti presente nel sito. Vedi la privacy policy di Google.

Google Drive: non ancora attivo

Al momento l'applicazione non si collega a Google Drive e non chiede l'accesso a nessun account. Se e quando la funzione arriverà, sarà facoltativa e da attivare esplicitamente, e questa informativa verrà aggiornata prima. La forma prevista è questa: verrà richiesto il solo ambito drive.file, che dà accesso unicamente ai file creati dall'applicazione stessa e a nient'altro del tuo Drive; non verranno richiesti nome, indirizzo email né altri dati del profilo; i documenti passeranno direttamente dal tuo browser a Google, senza transitare da noi. L'uso delle informazioni ricevute dalle API di Google rispetterà la Google API Services User Data Policy, compresi i requisiti di Limited Use.

Trasferimenti, conservazione, minori

I totali mensili delle visite non contengono dati personali e vengono conservati senza scadenza, perché servono a mostrare quante volte lo strumento è stato usato. I dati che restano nel tuo browser li conservi tu, per il tempo che vuoi. Il servizio non è rivolto specificamente ai minori e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati che li riguardino: del resto non raccoglie dati che riguardino nessuno.

I tuoi diritti

Il Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 ti dà diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità. In pratica, qui non abbiamo dati personali su cui esercitarli: quello che scrivi è nel tuo dispositivo e lo cancelli tu. Se ritieni che qualcosa non vada puoi scriverci all'indirizzo qui sopra, oppure presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookie

Questo sito non usa cookie, né tecnici né di profilazione, né propri né di terze parti. Le due voci di memoria locale descritte sopra servono unicamente a fornire la funzione che hai chiesto aprendo l'applicazione, e per questo non è previsto alcun banner di consenso.

Modifiche

Se qualcosa cambierà — per esempio l'arrivo del collegamento a Google Drive — questa pagina verrà aggiornata e la data in cima cambierà di conseguenza.

In short: the balancer runs entirely in your browser. Your party, encounters, travel tables and experience ledger are never sent to any server — they stay on your device. We use no cookies, we do not profile you, there is no account to create, and there is nothing we could hand back or delete on request, because we hold nothing of yours.

Who is responsible

The data controller is TirateIniziativa, which runs this project as non-commercial fan content. Contact: [email address to be filled in].

What stays in your browser

The app saves two entries in the browser's local storage. These are not cookies and are never transmitted.

You can clear everything at any time, from Save and load → Start over inside the app or by clearing the site data in your browser. Neither requires telling us, because we know nothing about it.

If you export a JSON file or a link, your browser produces them and they go wherever you send them. In the case of a link, the document travels in the part of the address after the #, which browsers never transmit to a server — not even we can see it.

What reaches us: the visit counter

At the bottom of the page there is a public visit counter. When you open the app, your browser sends our server a request that says only "one more visit". The server keeps monthly totals only — for example 2026-09: 412 — plus the running total. No IP addresses, identifiers, cookies, device or referrer information are stored, and there is no way, not even for us, to trace those numbers back to a person or to know how many pages anyone viewed. The "once a day" de-duplication happens in your browser, using the date described above, and is never sent.

Hosting

The site and the counter run on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), acting as data processor. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare transiently processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse, including the request's IP address. Typefaces

The pages load two typefaces (Cinzel and EB Garamond) from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser contacts Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which at that moment receive the request's IP address and your browser's technical information. This is the only third-party connection on the site. See Google's privacy policy.

Google Drive: not active yet

At present the app does not connect to Google Drive and requests access to no account. If and when that feature arrives it will be optional and explicitly opt-in, and this notice will be updated beforehand. The planned shape is: only the drive.file scope, which grants access solely to files the app itself created and to nothing else in your Drive; no name, email address or other profile data will be requested; documents will travel straight from your browser to Google without passing through us. Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Transfers, retention, minors

The monthly visit totals contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely, since their purpose is to show how often the tool has been used. The data in your browser is kept by you, for as long as you like. The service is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect data about them — it does not knowingly collect data about anyone.

Your rights

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. In practice there is no personal data here to exercise them against: what you write is on your device and you delete it yourself. If you think something is wrong you can write to the address above, or lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies — neither technical nor profiling, neither first- nor third-party. The two local-storage entries described above exist solely to provide the function you requested by opening the app, which is why no consent banner is shown.
